BJP will crush forces vitiating peace by radicalisation: Kavinder
1/22/2021 10:46:54 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jan 22: BJP does not believe in the politics of religion and is committed to take people of all hues along by satiating their aspirations without any prejudice or discrimination.
This was stated by senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta while addressing Prashikshan Shivir of Gandhi Nagar Mandal here on Friday.
He said that during more than six years of BJP rule in the country, the party has allayed the fears of minorities by standing shoulder to shoulder with them especially during the time crises.
"This kind of 'fanatical aggression' which certain anti-national entities in the country and from across the borders are using extensively to vitiate age-old bonhomie existing between various communities in the country by way of inciting passions of people will not be tolerated and the governments at the centre and in UT will do everything to stop this menace", he said adding that BJP is firm on this resolve.
Citing LG Manoj Sinha's statement that government is combating radicalization effectively, Kavinder said that BJP government has won goodwill of all religions and communities through its secular politics and that is the reason that representatives of minorities in large numbers are posing faith in party's policies and persuading their followers to follow the suit.
Alleging that Congress, NC and PDP have tacitly used communal overtures to vitiate the brotherhood for petty political gains, he said that BJP is the only party which calls spade a spade and makes it sure that no injustice is done with people of any community or religion.
He made a point that already youth of J&K has suffered a lot due to radicalization and the time has come to inspire each and every youngster of the UT to become a meaningful citizen and contribute in the development process initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to usher in a new era of peace, progress and prosperity.
