Speaking on the occasion, corporator Neena Gupta appreciated the efforts put in opening the showroom in Jammu and introduced the brand in the city of temples.
She said that in today's contemporary world, it's important for women to take up small business and contribute in Aatm Nirbar Bharat.
"I am very happy that a brand which has made waves in Nepal for years is now coming to Jammu. There is a need to encourage the women who are taking their own path to success", said Gupta.
Daljit Kaur and Ashveen Kaur said that they are making every effort to showcase their designs as there is a high demand for these among the people.
Brand 'DALJIT SUDAN' was originally opened in Nepal about 10-years ago. Many of the designed outfits of the brand have been worn by many celebrities in Nepal.
