| Tehsil administrations, Health, Engineering departments put on alert amid inclement weather | | | early times report
DODA, Jan 23: District Administration Doda has put local administrations on alert in view of the inclement weather conditions in the district.
Deputy Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode, directed all the Tehsildars to remain present in their respective jurisdictions and do not leave the station.
Further, the DC directed all the Tehsildars to ensure the hassle free supply of essential commodities in coordination with the respective departments, besides to ensure readiness of men and machinery to mitigate any eventuality.
The DC also directed the engineering departments to keep the men and machinery available for restoration of damaged public infrastructure like roads, electric Infrastructure and water supply.
Besides, the Deputy Commissioner also directed health department to be ready to meet any emergency.
The Tehsil administrations were directed to immediately inform the district administration in case of any eventuality. |
