| ACD Udhampur inspects rural dev works in Panchayat halqas | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
UDHAMPUR, Feb 12: Assistant Commissioner Development, Mushtaq Chowdhary today conducted an extensive tour of different Panchayats and inspected the ongoing works under different schemes. He inspected the progress on Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), 14th FC, Swachh Bharat Mission works, Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan(RGSA) Panchayat Ghars, and other schemes of Rural Development Department. During the tour, the ACD along with concerned BDOs also interacted with the Sarpanches and Panches of the area. The BDOs were asked to immediately start all the SOS works and complete these works on priority. The ACD asked BDOs to submit weekly report about the progress of ongoing works and new works started, and estimates prepared. He also stressed on maintaining quality of work and involvement of PRIs in monitoring the progress. |
