| JKMEF on one day sit-in at Marh | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 12: Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation, Block Marh Jammu organized one day Dharna under the president ship of Bikram Singh President JKMEF Block Marh, Jammu to highlight the burning and genuine problems of Medical Employees who are fighting with the world wide pandemic Covid-19 .
DPC of all the categories pending for the last four years which is supposed to be held twice in a year, despite of repeated representations and deputations nothing is done so far for employees who are dealing with the Covid -19 and are compelled to protest for their genuine demands.
DPC should be clear at par with the Govt Medical College / Drug and Food Organization on the pattern of executive order passed by the administrative department till the SRO-20 is not amended.
Those employees who lost their life while fighting Covid -19 are deprived from the compensation / insurance has announced by the UT Govt which demoralized the spirit of the employees.
While addressing Dharna Sushil Sudan, president JKMEF and Madan lal Sharma, Vishab Bandu, leaders of JKMEF urged the UT Govt. to consider the demand of the medical employees at the earliest otherwise they would be compelled to launch further strong course of action. |
