Jammu, Feb 21: Leaders are the ones who lead not dictate. It is matter of cosmic delight and colossal pride to share with all the stake holders that Rohini Aima , Principal cum Vice- Chairperson of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu was one of the keynote speakers and resource person who articulated on “Transformational Leadership” in a two day Education Conclave held in Manali. This conclave was organized by The Wednesday Times , one of the prestigious printing media house.
Aima deliberated upon and corroborated the scrupulous life of being a leader. She highlighted the leadership wheel, how can leaders lead and facilitate, what strategies leaders need to opt for, how can leaders empower themselves and their followers, prominence of team performance, key training points for being effective leaders. It was a very fruitful and productive conference as she received commendable appreciation and audience response.
This education conclave 2021 relinquished with award ceremony in which Rohini Aima was felicitated with a trophy of top 30 outstanding achievers principal award and key note speaker which added another souvenir to the glory of school. |
