| 3 arrested for snatching golden chain, iphone | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 21: Gandhi Nagar Police today arrested three persons involved in snatching golden chain, and Iphone.
According to sources, on 13/10/2020 a complaint was lodged by Shivan Kohli that on 12/10/2020, some unknown persons snatched his mobile iPhone 11 Pro & Gold Chain near Shamsham Ghat Shastri Nagar, Jammu.
“On this case FIR No. 168/2020 U/S 382/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar Jammu. After this a Police team headed by SHO Police Station Gandhi Nagar Inspr. Gurnam Singh Choudhary after hectic efforts rounded up three suspects namely Chandandeep Singh, Amandeep Singh and Vikramjeet Singh”, sources said, adding that during sustained questioning, the accused confessed their involvement in the above case. On their disclosure, a gold chain (20 grams) and one iphone 11 pro worth Rs 2 lakhs ten thousand was recovered from their possession. Further investigation is going on to ascertain their involvement in any other cases.
