11 cueists enter pre-quarter finals of ‘Runbhoomi’

Jammu, Feb 22: As many as 11 cueists have made into pre-quarterfinals round of the ongoing Open ‘6 Red Snooker’ tournament being played at Zorba Snooker Club at Channi Himmat here. The four-day tournament is named as ‘Runbhoomi’. In the first round of the tournament on third day, Sumit beat Tushar 3-2, Sahil beat Avi 3-2, Varun beat Abake 3-2, Adnan beat Ishan 3-0, Ragun beat Tafazzul 3-0, Shubham beat Stanzin 3-2, Aman beat Ajay 3-0, Ananya beat Himanshu 3-2, Suresh beat Akshit 3-2, Vikrant beat Varun Sethi 3-2, Deepak beat Adeesh 3-2, Sourav beat Ayush 3-0. In the second round, Vidit beat Jasmeet 3-1, Wasim beat Sumit 3-0, Sunny beat Sahil 3-0, Adnan beat Umar 3-1, Arjun beat Manav 3-0, Aman beat Abhishek Goswami 3-1, Rahil beat Ragun 3-1, Rohit beat Aman 3-2, Rajat beat Ananya 3-2, Saksham beat Akbar 3-0, Deepak beat Abid 3-0. The tournament is being organized by Shubham Dubey and Abhishek Pathania while the Winner and Runner Up and Highest Break will get suitable cash prizes.
