SAMBA, Feb 22: District Police Samba started Martyrs Memorial Cricket Tournament at Gurha Slathia, Samba. The tournament is being organised in collaboration with guidance and counselling Society Gurha Slathia, Samba.
The tournament was inaugurated by Addl SP Samba, Ajaz Zargar in presence of SDPO Vijaypur, Lov Karan Taneja, members of civil society and members of Guidance and Counselling Cell Gurha Slathia.
The tournament includes matches in both boys and girls categories. Total 12 teams are participating in the tournament which includes 4 girl teams. Two finals will be played on final day, one between boys teams and one between girls teams.
District Police will provide uniforms and suitable cash reward to finalists besides trophies /momentoes and refreshment on each match day. |
