KISHTWAR, Feb 22: Deputy Commissioner (DC), Kishtwar, Ashok Sharma, today convened a meeting of concerned Revenue Officers and NHIDCL authorities to review the progress of land acquisition for National Highway (244). Sub- Divisional Magistrate Chatroo, Inderjeet Parihar; ACR Kishtwar Dr Amir Hussain; General Manager NHIDCL, Praveen Ahlawat; Tehsildar Drabshalla, Arun Sharma; Tehsildar, Chatroo, Suman Ji Sharma; Tehsildar Mughalmaidan Nayeem Iqbal; Tehsildar, Pramod Kumar; LA Consultant from NHIDCL Retired, Naib Tehsildar Chaman Lal; Site Engineer, Danish Riyaz; besides officials of Revenue, NHIDCL and representatives of M/S Rodic Consultant Pvt Ltd were present in the meeting.
The meeting discussed various issues and measures to ensure smooth and hassle free land acquisition in Kishtwar district.
The DC directed Tehsildars of Kishtwar and Drabshalla to expedite the acquisition related process and ensure completion of the same by or before Feb 27, 2021. He also asked concerned officers to maintain close coordination and work in tandem to facilitate the completion of projects of national importance. |
