Grassroot level issues addressed in Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, Feb 24: District Administration, under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar Ashok Sharma, today organised Mega Block Diwas at Drabshalla and Mughalmaidan to take appraisal of the public issues, grievances and demands.
In Block Mughalmaidan, Block Divas was organised at Higher Secondary School Kuchhal under the chairmanship of SDM Chhatroo Inderjeet Singh Parihar.
Tehsildar Mughalmaidan, Nayeem Iqbal, ZEO Inderwal, AEE PWD, ZEPO Inderwal, JE PDD, PRIs, representatives of Jal Shakti, RDD also remained present.
Speaking on the occasion, the SDM Chatroo said that the main objective of the programme is to mitigate the issues and grievances of the people.
He also listened to the grievances and issues of people for redressal.
A number of certificates were issued on the spot, including 17 Domicile, 11 income, 11 Character, 04 RBA certificates to the beneficiaries.
Meanwhile, at Block headquarter Drabshalla, the block Diwas was held at BDO office Drabshalla under supervision of the Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, Dr Amir Hussain.
Tehsildar Drabshalla, Arun Sharma listened to the issues, grievances and demands of the general public for their timely redressal.
Around 35 domicile, 12 income and 05 character certificates were issued on the spot.
