| JD (U) urges PM to announce spl package for youth, tourism industry | | |

JAMMU, Feb 24: Janata Dal (United) appreciated the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for inaugurating the much awaited Banihal-Qazigund Tunnel which is scheduled to be thrown open for traffic movement on February 26 through video conferencing.
Janata Dal (United ) J&K UT President G M Shaheen and Secretary General Mirza Sajad Hussain Beigh along with other senior party leaders also welcomed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi over concluding the "Khelo India Winter Games 2021" at Gulmarg on February 26 this month.
Welcoming the such important developments for Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, G M Shaheen while addressing the press conference here today castigated that the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory administration that the youth are still facing unemployment and deprived of their fundamental rights in J&K since abrogation of Article 370 and 35 A which is serious issues for youths who are having Degrees and seeking government as well as Private jobs after the implementation of Industry policy in J&K UT. "The Industry policy 2021 seems just a mere eye wash on the ground as not a single industrialist has set up any industry in Jammu and Kashmir regions as far as Industry Policy is concerned," he maintained.
Secretary general Mirza Sajad Hussain Beigh while addressing the media urged upon the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and LG Manoj Sinha to announce special packages for youth and tourism industry so that unemployment should be streamline in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory as well as Tourism industry which is being sick after post August 5, 2019. |
