Jammu, Feb 25: Deputy Mayor Purnima Sharma along with Kapil Verma inaugurated Bikaner Mishthan Bhandar near Canara Bank, Sector-03, Channi Himmat. The restaurant was opened by Deepu Singh Rajguru under the Aatamnirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan.
After inaugurating the restaurant, Purnima Sharma was felicitated by Rajasthani Pagadi as she graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion she said that due to the COVID-19 pandemic many people lost their jobs and faced huge losses in businesses as well. But now under the Aatamnirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan by Prime Minister many people are becoming aatamnirbhar by opening restaurants, saloons, shops and other sources to earn income and earn their livelihood as a result becoming aatamnirbhar.
Kapil Verma, Balwant Singh, Sawai Singh, Rawal Singh, Deependra Singh, Karan Singh and other prominent citizens of the area were also present. |
