KISHTWAR, Feb 25: Dulhasti Power Station conducted fourth quarterly meeting of year 2020-21 of the Official Language Implementation Committee (OLIC) under the chairmanship of Nirmal Singh, General Manager (In-charge), Dulhasti Power Station today. During the meeting, the status of implementation of official language in all the Departments/Offices of Dulhasti Power Station was thoroughly reviewed.
While chairing the meeting on the occasion, Nirmal Singh reviewed the works being done in Hindi in all departments and directed all the Head of Departments to do the noting drafting, letters and other official works in Hindi. Further he directed all the head of departments to encourage the officers and staffs working under their department to do the official works in Hindi. Moreover, he also directed all the Head of Departments to ensure compliance of the annual program issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Kanwar Singh Chauhan, Deputy Manager (Rajbhasha) welcomed all the senior officials in the program and gave detailed information about the work done in the official language Hindi in the departments of the power station during the fourth quarter.
On this occasion, R.N. Sharma, General Manager (Civil), G.C. Sinha, Dy. General Manager (Electrical), Vidya Nand Das, Dy General Manager (IT), Sanjay Kumar Singh, Senior Manager (Finance), Ashok Kumar Dhanwal, Senior Manager (HR), Davinder Koundel, Senior Manager (HR) and other senior officers of Dulhasti Power Station were present. |
