RAJOURI, Feb, 25: Carrying forward its efforts to put the government buildings into public use, two more Panchayat Ghar buildings have been vacated from illegal occupants, here. Officials said that the two buildings that have been vacated include one of Alal Panchayat in Thanamandi and another at Badal in Khawas. They said that panchayat ghar Allal in Thanamandi tehsil was under illegal occupation for last 20 years, while Panchayat Ghar Badal Khawas was under illegal occupation since 2003. "Executive magistrates of the area assisted by police got both the buildings vacated and brought the same in public use." Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Rajesh Shavan said. He added that more such buildings under illegal occupation are being identified and shall be vacated soon. |
