Shiv Sena appeal for on-line examinations

JAMMU, Feb 1: Expressing the resentment against the decision of administration for conducting offline examination , the Jammu and Kashmir unit of Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray sought intervention of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to rollback the decision and ensure vaccination of students as well as teachers on priority basis.
Addressing the media persons here today, party President UT, J&K Manish Sahni said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken up covid Vaccination and the members of parliament are also being considered to be vaccinated on the basis of priority. He demanded that the Students and teachers should also be given priority. Sahni said that the corona crisis is once again deepening, he appeals to the Education Department to immediately roll back the decision of conducting the offline examinations.
Sahni said that the intention of the government and education department behind opening schools and conducting off line examinations is becoming beyond comprehension.
On this occasion President Mehila wing Meenakshi Chibber, chairman Rakesh Gupta , Gen Secretary Vikas Bakshi , G I Singh, Geeta Lakhotra were present.
