JAMMU, Mar 1: Crime Branch Jammu (CBJ) produced charge sheet against three accused for their involvement in conspiring to usurp the commercial shops of the complainant in Jammu city. No.195 Krishna Vihar Housing Colony Janipur Jammu, Surjeet Singh S/O Kashmira Singh R/O 500 Janipur Colony Jammu and Gopal Dass Sharma R/O 3/A Daily Excelsior Lane Janipur Jammu (now expired) in case FIR No. 09/2019 U/S 420,467,468,471,506, 120-B RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu.
A written complaint was lodged by Anjana Gupta W/O late Kulbhushan Gupta R/O H. No 93 lane No.03 Mohallah Radha Krishan Mandir, Housing Colony Janipur Jammu in Crime branch Jammu, wherein she had alleged that accused –Sardar Harjeet Singh Baghi S/O Kuwait Singh had taken her shops situated at Plot No.92 lane No.3 Mohalla Radha Krishan Mandir, Housing Colony, Janipur Jammu on rent and the rent deed was executed between the accused and the husband of the complainant namely Kulbhushan Gupta on July 01,1998 for running the business of drugs and medicine under the Name and style of M/S Bhagi Medical Agency but the accused later started running different business under name and style of Muskan Medical Agency and M/S Bhagi Property dealer in the two shops of the complainant without any permission from the complainant. Further that the licenses of both agencies had expired way back in 2007. The accused also harassed and threatened to eliminate the complainant and continued illegal possession of the shops. Accordingly a formal criminal case was registered against all the accused under the relevant sections of law for in-depth investigation.
