RAJOURI, Mar 2: District administration Rajouri today vacated one more Government building (Panchayat Ghar) from the illegal occupants.
As per the officials, the vacated Panchayat Ghar Barnui at tehsil Thanamandi was under illegal occupation for the last twenty-three years.
Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, after taking cognizance of the matter, deputed a team of the officers including the Executive Magistrate and police and got the Panchayat Ghar vacated.
Similarly, the district administration also resolved the issue related to Bharatpur to Shahpur road about which a group of locals had informed the Deputy Commissioner a few days back.
The DC took cognizance of the matter and asked the concerned for resolving the issue at the earliest. Following the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner, the SDM Thanamandi, Zakir Hussain, SDPO and concerned Tehsildar along with the DDC Member Thanamandi paid a visit to the spot and resolved the issue. |
