| Newly wedded girl commits suicide | | |

JAMMU, Mar 3: In an unfortunately incident, the government teacher posted in Inderwal Education Zone of Kishtwar District committed suicide by hanging herself with ceiling fan at her parental house in Ward No. 9 of Kishtwar Municipal Council. As per the details available with "Early Times", the deceased identified as Sonam Shan according to the sources was married only over a month ago and things were going on smoothly in her life before she took the drastic step. "She had come to her parental house last evening itself along with her husband who left the in laws house after having the dinner together" said the official sources added that when the morning, her family members started looking for her-they found her hanging with a fan. The family members immediately raise the alarm and shifted her to District Hospital Kishtwar where doctors declared her as brought dead. Speaking to "Early Times", the senior police officials inform that the deceased family informs the police that they suspect no foul play in her death on part of the in laws-however police has started inquest proceedings into the matter and handed over the dead body of the deceased to the family members after completion of all the legal formalities. Speaking to "Early Times", the staff members with whom the deceased attended her duty together after the opening of the schools expressed grief and shock over the death of young colleague. "She was with us-we even captured the group photographs along with all staff members inside the school to mark their presence felt to the senior officials - now she left only in our memories and the photographs that we clicked together-this is really a tragic" said the colleague employees posted at Girls High School Dikri. |
