POONCH, Mar 6: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Rahul Yadav on Saturday chaired a meeting with the concerned officers and the Community Service Centre operators to review the progress of registration of the beneficiaries under the SEHAT scheme in the district.
The meeting was attended by Medical Superintendent, Dr. Mushtaq Husaain; BMO Mandi, Dr. Nusrat Bhatti; BMO Mendhar, Dr. Parviaz; BMO Surankote, Dr. Zulfkar; District Manager CSC, Imtiaz Ahmed and other officers were present in the meeting.
The DC asked the CSCs to put in dedicated efforts to ensure the cent-per cent registration under the SEHAT scheme so that people can avail the benefits of the same. He also asked for completing the whole exercise in one month.
The meeting decided to set up additional registration centres to facilitate the public and achieve the targets.
The DC observed that the public is not coming out for registration because of the lack of awareness and directed the field officers to generate mass awareness about the benefits of the schemes.
The Deputy Commissioner also directed the CSC authorities to submit progress on a daily basis. |
