JAMMU, Apr 8: British International School organized a function to appreciate the staff. The function acknowledged and felicitated the hard work of the teachers’ who generously worked towards imparting education to students on the virtual platform and also conducting various activities online.
The function commenced with the traditional lighting to the lamp by chief guest, Prof. Ashok Aima (Vice Chancellor Central University of Jammu), guest of honour Neena Gupta (Corporator Channi) and Gita Sharma, Chairperson British International School)
Prof. Ashok Aima congratulated all the staff members for their passion and dedication towards work and also emphasised that teachers’ are the torch bearers of education, without the guidance and support of teachers’, students would be directionless. Gita Sharma also congratulated the staff for their efforts in taking education a notch higher and for virtually reaching out to all the students during the pandemic. |
