| Mismanagement galore at DH Poonch | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, July 6: With no coordination on ground the District Hospital here has been facing the brunt of mismanagement as a result of which general public has to suffer on one pertext or the other.
The visitors at the premises of District Hospital have alleged that the medical staff has been showing lackadaisical approach in terms of discharging their duties during the Covid-19 pandemic.
They said that the testing control room in the hospital does not open regularly where as others who visit the hospital for taking vaccine have to return back red faced as there is no availability of vaccines in the hospital.
Sources said much about the increase in Covid-19 testing and vaccination is deliberated upon when high level meetings with the higher authorities and administration are conducted, but on the ground zero the situation remains pathetic.
Chief Medical Officer Poonch Dr Ghulam when contacted said when there is no vaccine available in the hospital the testing room will obviously remain closed. The reply of the CMO seemed to be an irresponsible one with the people present there alleging that the concerned medical staff has gone for outing.
What so ever the case may be the mis-management in the hospital troubles the general public and district administration must intervene here to take the stock of situation and set the things in right perspective.
