Two social activists join Congress party

JAMMU, July 29: Two prominent social activists and retired bureaucrats joined Congress party in presence of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Chief GA Mir and other senior leaders of the party.
AC Bhagat, Retired Deputy Director Animal Husbandry and Advocate MR Sangra (KAS), retired Dy Director Information, today joined Congress party in Presence of Dr. Karan Bhagat- Acting Chairman SC Cell JKPCC, Suman Bhagat Ex Minister, Nadeem sharief DCC member, Dr. Rashid Choudhary and Sdr. Gajan Singh.
PCC Chief G.A. Mir welcomed the new comers in the congress Party, hope all those who joined the party today will work for strengthening the party. Referring to the present government Mir said that Modi led BJP Govt. at the Centre has failed to fulfill even a single commitment with the people of Jammu and Kashmir, instead brought miseries for the common man due to its wrong policies.
The achievement of Govt. is that the divisive forces have succeeded in vitiating the atmosphere of peace and harmony in the Country. There is hue and cry everywhere and nobody feels secure in the present regime. He further Said that the failure of the government is required to be highlighted amongst the public for their anti-national policies and assured new comers that a state of fair deal and justice will prevail only under Congress Regime.
Speaking on the occasion AC Bhagat, and MR Sangra who joined Congress party said that they are impressed with the working and secular approach of Congress party which is progressing very fast under the dynamic leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Young leader Rahul Gandhi. They said that in the present time it is only the Congress party which can lead the country to the prosperity and development.
