JAMMU, July 29: A plantation drive started at Talab Tillo by Sanjeev Panda, Secretary PCC in which members of Talab Tillo Market Association and other prominent political and social workers of Talab Tillo were present.
Speaking on the occasion Sanjeev Panda said that plants/trees are helpful in maintaining our environmental balance and ecology conservation. The relation of human civilization with plants is from the very beginning of its birth. They have an important place in our economy and life. The significant contribution in this drive was of Jammu Municipal Corporation who has provided large number of saplings.
Prominent among those who were present includes Rajesh Uppal- Chairman of Talab Tillo Market Association , Janak Raj Mehra (Ward President Congress), Pt. Vishvanath (General Secretary), Darshan Verma, Dist. General Secretary, Vijay Gupta, Raj Kumar Sodi, Veenu Kumari, Rakesh Gupta and others. |
