Claims of Central govt on Article 370 abrogation bogus: AIBCU

JAMMU, Aug 21: AIBCU held a meet at village Bagial (Kathua) under the chairmanship of its Kathua unit president Pritam Chand on the other day and a threadbare discussion was done over the abrogation of Article 370.
All the members arrived at the result that in papers and statements of PM Modi and BJP, there is abrogation of Art 370 but some rules under Article 370 are still in vogue.
Speakers and participants questioned termed the claim of the central govt for abrogation of Article 370 as bogus one. They said that after the abrogation of Article 370, Mandal report has not been implemented, NEET examination is also not applicable in J&K UT and the bill which has been passed in Parliament for giving powers to state to prepare their own OBC lists is also out of the purview of JKUT, then how PM Modi and BJP govt claim for the abrogation of art 370, they added.
State president Abdul Majid Malik was the chief guest besides M R Bangotra, Rakesh Kumar (Bunty), Comrade Balkar Singh, Gurmeet Singh Jagdish Verma, Madan Lal Verma, Keshav Maski, Vinay Bamotra, Bhod Raj Kashyap, Dr CR Munday, Lok Nath Master SC Verma Master Sain Dass, Shashi Verma pvs President, Isha Andotra, Romesh Kumar, Prem Nath, Jia Lal Verma, Prof Kali Dass and many others who participated and put up the problems of the OBCs vigorously.
