 EARLY TIMES REPORT
POONCH, Sept 14: Inter-School Zone level competition of Sathra zone in the discipline of Taekwondo begins at High School (HS) Sathra.
Total 50 young budding boys and girls of zone Sathra took part in this competition organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Poonch
IC Headmaster Rajinder Kour was the chief guest of the inaugural ceremony. Speaking on the occasion, chief guest congratulated DYSS for engaging students in physical activity. The competition is held under the supervision of Kulwant Singh, IC ZPEO Sathra.
All bouts held under the technical supervision of Rajinder Singh, Physical Education Teacher and NIS SAI certified Coach of DYSS.
Technical team comprised of Vaqar Ahmed, Devinderpal Singh, Guneet Singh and Hinan Ahmed, all REKs.
Before this competition, the disciplines of chess, carom, badminton, Volleyball, Kho-Kho and Kabaddi were completed successfully by Zone Sathra. |
