Modi Govt taking slew of initiatives for development: Langeh
9/14/2021 10:50:41 PM

EARLY TIMES REPORT

RAMBAN, Sept 14: Senior BJP leader and former MLA Ramban Neelam Langeh on Tuesday said that the BJP Government under stewardship of PM Narendra Modi has been taking slew of initiatives to give fillip to development in J&K.
In a statement issued here, he said that monumental development and welfare of people here is the top priority of BJP government and for this entire leadership of the party is toiling hard day and night. He said that for the first time it has become possible that all the centrally sponsored schemes have reached the UT and people are able to fetch maximum benefits out of them.
The former MLA said that under successive regimes the money which used to come to the region was brazenly usurped by the political class which seldom cared about the common man and his miseries. He said that it is the BJP government under PM Modi that people are getting justice fully with no scope of corruption or delinquency.
Langeh said that the motto given by PM Modi viz 'Development with Transparency' is doing wonders in J&K and the days are not far when UT will become part of pool of states which are corruption free. “There is no sector in the UT like agriculture, horticulture, industries, power, education, health etc which has not seen revolution under the PM Modi government”, he said adding that it is time for the people to support BJP in ensuing elections to double the speed of development and make J&K UT a model unit in the country.
