| Proper nutrition must for healthy lifestyle: Dr Ritu Singh Thakur | | |  Early Times Report
KATHUA, Sept 22: An awareness camp about benefits of nutritional supplements and free Ayush Nutritional supplements distribution camp was organized under third week celebration of “Poshan Maah” in convergence with Anganwari workers by Dr. Ritu Singh Thakur M.O. GAD Duggan at Anganwari Centre Kankhod (ICDS Project Duggan,) in presence of Supervisor Smt. Suraiya Khan and AWW Bimla Devi.
More than 30 beneficiaries received valuable information on health issues especially pertaining to this remote area besides being provided free of cost Ayush nutritional supplements. In her address, Dr Ritu recalled the old adage ‘Health is Wealth’ and asserted that people must remember this saying 24X7 so that they conform their daily routine activities in conformity with the optimum standard healthy habits to keep the diseases away and lead a happy and prosperous life. |
