POONCH, Sept 22: Additional Dy. Commissioner Poonch, Dr. Bashrat Hussain today presided over the proceedings of public hearing for environmental clearance regarding minor mineral extraction over an area of 8.50 hectare of block no 29 on Suran river upstream foot bridge Dhara Mora.
