BBIA begins registration for apprenticeship training

JAMMU, Oct 6: Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) Industrial Cluster started the Registration Process under the Prestigious "Strive Project" of Ministry of Skill Development Govt. of India for providing Skill Training To Local Unemployed Youths in the different Trades for which a grant of Rs.100 Lacs has been sanctioned in favour of the BBIA Industries Association Cluster.
Lalit Mahajan, Chairman of the Industrial Cluster convey Heartiest thanks to Narendra Modi Prime Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Manoj Sinha, Lt. Governor JKUT, Asgar Hassan Samoon, Principal Secretary, Skill Development Department, Sudershan Kumar, Director, Technical Education, J&K Govt. S. Santhimanlan, Regional Director Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and other Officials of the Department for the sanction of this prestigious Project in favour of Bari Brahmana Industries Association.
It is worthwhile to mention here that under the "STRIVE PROJECT" Apprenticeship Training shall be provided by the Industrial Units in two years to the 70 Youths to Local ITI passed Diploma Holders in the approved Trade of Tailor General and Electronic Mechanics and 70 Youths of 10th Passed for the Trade of Packers and Printing Operators with the three Months Training in the Industrial Cluster and later on they shall be provided opportunity to work as Apprentices in the different Industrial Units as per the Apprenticeship Act and after the successful training the Local Youth shall be adjusted in the Industrial Units.
