NEW DELHI, Oct 7: The PSA oxygen plant at Delhi divisional hospital was inaugurated by Dr. Harsh Vardhan. After the deliberating second wave of Corona infection, hospitals across the country have started setting up in-house oxygen plants to ensure availability of medical oxygen.
In this regard Northern Railway has provided PSA Oxygen Plants in all five divisional hospitals namely Delhi, Ambala, Firozpur, Moradabad and Lucknow. Also an oxygen plant has been made functional at NR Central Hospital at New Delhi. All the plants over the zone were dedicated to the nation in functions held at the respective hospitals today. The inauguration was done simultaneously at the six hospitals.
The PSA set up at the Northern Railway Central Hospital was dedicated to the nation by Meenakshi Lekhi Minister of State for External Affairs & Culture, in a function held at the hospital. General Manager, Northern Railway, Ashutosh Gangal, MD NRCH, Dr. Amita Jain, Divisional Railway Manager Dimpy Garg, medical fraternity of NRCH, senior officers of Northern Railway were present on the occasion.
