Disengaged contractual employees continue working in RDD in Poonch 10/7/2021 11:48:49 PM RAJESH TANDON Early Times Report POONCH, Oct 7: Some officials in the Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj are still working despite the fact that they were disengaged or terminated seven years back. According to an order number ACDP/Estt/2018-19/6927-32 dated 14/09/2018 from ACD office Poonch in which then Assistant Commissioner Development Poonch terminated/disengaged 10 employees (contractual, support staff) engaged in department. Shocking is that some employees of them are still working and they are claiming that they are working without pay. This news is very shocking that how a person can work without honorarium in any office, it means they are looting poor people of border district Poonch. Sources from department have informed Early Times that some employees of them have taken honorarium many a time. How some ACDs released honorarium of disengaged employees?
