| Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha condemns target killings in Kashmir | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 8: Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha has condemned the targeted killings in valley. An emergency meeting of the office bearers of Sabha was held under the chairmanship of Romesh Chander Gupta, President of the Sabha.
In the meeting daily basis targeted killings in the valley were condemned and two minutes silent prayers was help besides paying of the rich tributes to the departed souls. Gupta said that the repeated killings have sent a wave of fear among the people in Kashmir and it is becoming very difficult for the common man to lead peaceful life in the valley.
Gupta said that the militants are targeting minority community in particular living there who are rendering services to the people of the Kashmir province in various capacities. The Sabha appealed the Union Home Ministry to handle the terrorism with a strong hand as it is posing a serious threat to the lives of the innocent people. |
