| DG RPF Sanjay Chander reviews performance of NR RPF | | |

NEW DELHI, Oct 9: DG RPF Sanjay Chander visited Northern Railway Headquarters where he was given ceremonial guard of honour by Northern Railway RPF contingent and Band. He interacted with all RPF and Ministerial staff working in the office of PCSC RPF. Then he reviewed performance of NR RPF wherein PCSC, CSC, Sr DSCs and ASCs were present.
The DG RPF directed RPF Officers of NR to ensure that adequate security arrangements are done during festival rush season to ensure hassle free secure journey of passengers, train escorting by RPF is strengthened and supervised by senior levels like Inspector, ASC and DSC/ Sr DSCs, CCTV network is strengthened and properly monitored. Also explore possibility of adding Analytic Softwares and message is given down the line that corrupt and undesirable activities shall not be tolerated etc.
He also interacted with the GM NR and PHoDs. It was his first visit to any Zonal Railway after taking charge of the DG RPF.
