| Free medical camp organized at Police Station Gharota | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 9: A free medical camp was organized by PS Gharota at Rabta, led by SHO Khaytimaan Khajuria, Dr Neeraj Sharma (MD Internal Medicine, medicine DNB Cardiology, MNMAS Cardiology) along with Orthopaedician Dr Arban Bhagat, Dr Sachin Sharma General Physician, Pharmacist Sushil Kumar, Vikas Dogra and Anita Kumari provided medical services.
Hundreds of patients including women and elderly people visited the free camp for check up and treatment thereof. Free medicines besides tests including ECG, Blood Sugar etc were also conducted at the camp. SDPO Akhnoor Varun Jandial while supervising the camp said that the aim of organizing such camps was to provide medical facilities to far flung areas as people of the area.
He appreciated the role of BDC Chairman, Sarpanches and Panches of the area in making the programme a success by organizing visits of maximum people to the camp and apprised that more such camps will be organized in near future in far flung areas. |
