| Adventure Sports Club Trespone organizes cleanliness drive | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
LEH, Oct 10: Adventure Sports Club Trespone in collaboration with BDO Office TSG and NYK Kargil conducted Cleanliness Drive to celebrate 75th years of Independence under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The volunteers of the Club took out the cleanliness drive from Marpothang upto Ali Abad Trespone and to other areas of Trespone during which the local populace also took participation. On this occasion Director Rural Development Department UT Ladakh Tahir Hussain Zubdavi was the Chief Guest and BDC TSG Haji Tohir and Councillor Trespone Syed Mujtaba were Guest of Honour. The Association while putting forward their demands requested the Director RDD to construct a mini stadium at Trespone on priority basis so that youths of the area will have a place for recreation. Tahi Hussain Zubdavi while appreciating the Adventure Sports Club for organizing the Cleanliness Drive said that there is no dearth of funds in UT Ladakh under Rural Development, and assured to sanction funds for construction of Mini Stadium if the villagers provide a dispute free land for the purpose. BDC TSG Haji Tohir and Councillor Trespone Syed Mujtaba, assured the Director for demarcation of land within a week’s time for the construction of the Mini Stadium. Master Hadi said that Adventure Sports Club Trespone is a newly created body of youths Focussed on Sports Development in TSG Block.
