| Department of Management Studies BGSBU organizes debate competition | | |

JAMMU, Oct 10: Department of Management Studies, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) organized an online debate competition to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi on his 152nd birth anniversary. Vice Chancellor Prof Akbar Masood congratulated the department for organizing the debate competition.
Prof. Akbar mentioned that the foundation of Indian ethos for management is founded in India’s cultural heritage which provides certain key principles and beliefs that are important in today’s managerial environment. Prof. Akbar congratulated the winning teams and hoped that such events would be the regular feature of the department for the holistic growth and development of the future corporate leaders.
Dean School of Management Studies Prof. Iqbal Parwez congratulated the department for organizing the debate competition. On the occasion, two debates were held on the topics -Does the Indian value system hold its importance in the present business scenario? And do ethical principles play a role in modern lifestyle? |
