| Chairman Sanitation Committee JMC visits Govind Nagar, assures proper sanitation | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 11: Narinder Singh Jamwal, Chairman Health and Sanitation Committee of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) conducted an extensive tour of Govind Nagar Sector 2, Himmat Colony of Ward 32 and took stock of the problems being faced by the residents of the area.
The residents said that the colony developer has not constructed lanes and drains due to which they are facing immense hardships. A deputation of residents of the area has also met Mayor JMC Chander Mohan today in which Chairman was also present.
The residents appreciated the promptness of the JMC particularly the Health and Sanitation Committee as a result of which, Jamwal along with Health Officer JMC Sanjogita Sudan, Chief Transport Officer Talat Mehmood, Sanitation Officer and Sanitation Inspector visited the Govind Nagar and took stock of people’s issues the very same day. |
