JAMMU, Oct 13: Due to the increasing cases of Dengue in Jammu city, Pritam singh,Corporator of ward no.55 appealed to the Lieutenant Governor Manoj sinha to take steps towards the protection of the people against Dengue. He said that the Jammu Municipal Corporation is failing to provide health security to the people. He alleged JMC commissioner Avni lavasa, Mayor Chandra Mohan Gupta and responsible for this negligence .
Pritam targeted the administration for adopting pick and choose policy for the process of fogging.He said that fogging is important to stop mosquito breeding around the area.So fogging should be done in all the areas of Jammu so that the people can be saved from this deadly disease.
He appealed to LG Manoj Sinha to intervene in this matter and take proper steps to provide health security to the people of Jammu. He said that if anybody dies of this deadly disease then administration will be responsible for this. |
