| Poonch hospital: Influential staffers getting concessions, allege junior nurses | | |

Poonch, Oct 15: Junior staff nurses posted at District Hospital Poonch have alleged that a few of their influential colleagues are getting concessions while performing their duties.
A group of junior staff nurses said that they were hired for providing services under NPCDS, NPHCE. “The the basic motive of these schemes is to provide services to elderly patients. Many of us are working hard and are trying our best to deliver,” the nurses said.
They alleged, “A few junior nurses who are close relatives of hospital employees have been put on data uploading duty, which is the job of operators, junior assistants and senior assistants.”
Nurses alleged that DDC members who were elected to serve the people are approaching higher authorities to seek attachment of their own candidates near their home. “It’s unfortunate that they have made a mockery of the system.”
They appealed LG Manoj Sinha to look into the matter and set the system right. When contacted Medical Superintendent Poonch said that he would get the matter enquired. |
