Rekha chairs meetings for Amit Shah's rally

Jammu, Oct 21: Secretary, BJP, Jammu and Kashmir & Prabhari District Akhnoor, Rekha Mahajan, during her two days parvas of District chaired a number of meetings to take stock of the preparations being made for the public rally to be addressed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah at Jammu on October 24.
She was accompanied by Seh Prabhari Brijeshwar Singh Rana.
These meetings were organised under the Presidentship of District President Akhnoor, Jagdish Bhagat.
Rekha Mahajan, while speaking in the meetings, said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address a public rally at Jammu on October 24 at JDA Ground adjoining the fourth bridge over Tawi River in Bhagwati Nagar.This will be Shah’s first rally after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A from Jammu and Kashmir. Now, this will be the occasion to show how much we are grateful to him and Modi ji for this historic decision. BJP activists,common masses and especially those communities, who are benefited after the abrogation of controversial Article like Gorkhas, Refugees, Women, STs ,Valmikis etc are eagerly waiting for this rally.
Jagdish Bhagat, District President, said that Amit Shah's is coming to Jammu to address this public rally which should be a grand and historic event. He assured that the District team will put all its best efforts to make this rally successful . He underscored that every effort will be made to ensure that no inconvenience is caused to the visitors, karyekartas as well as commuters.
District Seh Prabhari, Brijeshwar Rana, said that it will be a huge rally adding that only Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the charismatic companionship of Amit Shah could do this justice with the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir and its residents. We are indebted to Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for taking a bold decision, which has brought smiles among various sections.
Meetings were conducted in both Akhnoor and Chhamb Assembly Constituency, besides in Mandals namely Akhnoor, Khour and Pargwal. Senior leader Jugal Dogra ,DDC Member Maira Mandrian Suresh Sharma, DDC Member Bhalwal Bhushan Bral, DDC Member Akhnoor Sharda Bhau, BDC Member Bhalwal Neha Rajput, Chairman Akhnoor Municipal Committee Surinder Sharma, Mandal Presidents Ram Lal, Manga Ram Sharma were prominent among those in Akhnoor meeting.
In Chhamb Assembly Constituency meeting, DDC Vice Chairman Suraj Singh, Ex MLA Chhamb Krishan Lal Bhagat, DDC Member Bushan Bral, BDC Chairman Pargwal Nisha Devi, Chairman Municipal Committee Dupty Ram, Mandal Presidents Sukhdev Singh, Jagannath Sharma, Balinder Singh also gave their views to make rally a big success .
Corporators, District and Mandal teams, Sarpanches, Panches and Vistaraks were present in the meeting.
District General Secretaries G.S.Chib, Shobha Ram, Surinder Singh conducted the proceedings of meetings.
Later, the party leaders visited Primary Health Centre, Pargwal, to felicitate Health Workers and thanked doctors and health workers for their dedication and contribution towards achieving the distinct feat of one hundred crore vaccines in the country.
