Iconic Week Fest: Mika Singh to perform in Bollywood nights at Patnitop Hills on Oct 28

Jammu, Oct 21: As a part of celebrating the ‘Iconic week festival’ aimed at reviving the tourism sector in parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu Tourism is organising various activities across the region from October 23 to 29.
Singer Mika Singh is likely to perform in the Bollywood Nights event on October 28 at Patnitop Hills, an official said.
He said apart from this event, many other activities will also be organised in different districts of the region.
“The Week long Iconic Festivals are being held to promote the destinations, cuisines and heritage of UT of J&K amongst the inbound tourists. Besides, this is an endeavour to bring the destinations of UT of J&K globally on the tourist map,” he said.
The festival week will begin on October 23 with traditional procession in Jammu followed by cultural events, art and gallery exhibition, karvachauth special and santoor recital event in the evening.
However, in rest of the week, Himalayan bike rally, Sanskriti Sandhya, FAM tour, Jagran, Water Sports Festival, Wall Climbing, Sham-e-Ghazal, Saffron plucking festival, Marathon, heritage tourism, laser light show, yoga, spiritual and wellness events, regional literature festival, bollywood night, band display, Dogra art museum exhibition, local cuisine festival and musical carnival are among other events to mark ‘Iconic Week Festival’ in different parts of Jammu Division.
