MVD Samba recovers Rs 1.17 lakh fine from MV Act violators 10/22/2021 10:09:03 PM SAMBA, Oct 22: Enforcement Team of MVD today conducted a special checking drive here on different routes to book violators for loading overhanging and protruding iron rods on Vehicles. Team seized 7 vehicles and challaned 15 others, while 23 were compounded on spot under various sections of MV Act violations.
