PM Modi’s Strong Message
11/6/2021 12:22:08 AM
Prime Minister Narendra Modi while celebrating Diwali with the soldiers along Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector reposed full faith in the capability of Indian Army and made a special mention about the significance of 2016 surgical strikes.
“Our soldiers are the ‘suraksha kawach’ of ‘Maa Bharti’. It is because of you all that people of our country can sleep peacefully and there is happiness during festivals,” the Prime Minister said while addressing the jawans.
PM Modi celebrating Diwali with the soldiers is a clear message to the adversaries that India’s political leadership and armed forces are on the same page. And if anyone tries to cast an evil eye towards Indian territory he will be given a befitting reply.
The twin border districts of Poonch and Rajouri have witnessed a spurt in violence. The army has been engaged in one of the longest anti-terrorism operations in Poonch-Rajouri forests area in the last 24 days. Nine soldiers have lost their lives in the operation. PM Modi by choosing Rajouri has driven home a point that leadership of the country is backing up its army. And if the need arises the armed forces will be given a free hand to strike inside the enemy territory.
Despite guns falling silent along the LoC, terrorist handlers are not mending their ways, they are not leaving any chance to foment trouble in J&K and making every possible attempt to send more and more militants into this side. Pakistan is refusing to mend its ways and seems in no mood to give up its obsession.
Recently Defence Minister Rajnath Singh made it explicitly clear that if the need arises the armed forces would not shy away from taking a stern action against the adversary. The armed forces are already in a state of preparedness as everyone is aware of the fact that India’s rogue neigbour has turned restless and is desperate to keep the conflict alive.
During the past seven years i.e. since the day Narendra Modi has taken over as the Prime Minister of India, the country’s foreign policy has changed. Message has been sent to the world that no one can even think about bleeding India and if anyone dares to do so, he will have to pay a heavy price for it.
