J&K Girls' toppers in NEET-2021 felicitated

JAMMU, Nov 9: It is a proud moment for District Samba to share that Dishika Mahajan, student of MV International School, Samba has been declared as "Girls' Topper in National Medical Entrance Examination (NEET-2021) for J&K". She has obtained a top score of 700/720 in this National Level Examination and All India Rank-131 in open merit. This kind of result has been obtained for the first time in history of District Samba. She was felicitated today by former Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad. Speaking on the occasion, Ghulam Nabi Azad congratulated the entire team of MV International School and parents of the child for working in coordination to help the child attain this rare achievement for herself and District Samba. He felicitated Dishika with bouquet and memento and motivated her to remain focused to achieve greater success in future. The programme was attended by Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman MV International School; Gourav Abrol, Director and School Principal Kundan Lal Dogra along with the parents of the child Dr Rajesh Kumar Gupta & Dr Puneet Gupta and staff of the school. Dishika Mahajan is the grand-daughter of renowned, retired officer of Jammu Municipality Jagdish Chander Gupta.
Class 12th CBSE Result-2021 of MV International School has been outstanding once again. 13 students scored above 95% marks; next 20 students scored between 90 to 94 % followed by 30 students who scored between 80 to 89 % and 42 students scored between 70 to 79% marks with 9 students scoring between 60 to 69%. Highest score stood at 97.2% and minimum score was 64.4%. Chairman of school, Hira Lal Abrol shared that Dishika had scored 94.8% marks in CBSE Examination and said that she will be a prodigious motivator for all upcoming students to obtain good score in CBSE Examination as well as Entrance Examinations.
