JAMMU, Nov 12: With a motto to strengthen the base of BJP for upcoming Assembly polls, several people including ex-servicemen, youth and prominent people joined BJP in presence of former Minister and ex- MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA).
Sharma welcomed them into the party fold along with other leaders of the party including District President Munish Khajuria, UT Election Management In charge BJP Praduman Singh, Mandal President Raveesh Mengi, District General Secretaries Rajesh Gupta and Karan Sharma and SC Morcha District President Yash Pal Shivgotra.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that the base of the party is getting stronger day by day and joining of various prominent people from urban Jammu will definitely help in increasing the vote share of the party as Jammu urban is amongst those areas of the UT which creates a wave for the whole province in the elections. He said with the growing popularity of BJP even the opposition is under the situation where its leaders have started spitting venom against the country and speaking badly against Hindutva proves that Congress and its leaders are working on an anti-national agenda at the behest of enemy countries.
