JAMMU, Nov 13: Nitin Bakhshi, Advocate, President Young lawyers Association, J&K High Court, Jammu held a press conference at Jammu and Kashmir High Court, Jammu premises and announced elections to the five post of Young Lawyers Association Jammu i.e. President, Vice- President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary and cashier to be held on 18/12/2021(tentative date) and to become a voter to this election, a fees of Rs. 20/- in addition to fees of JKHCBA Jammu is to be paid which will get started by 15/11/2021.
The dates of filing nominations and other such aspects will be announced very soon and in addition to this, he said that he wishes his best wishes to the contesting candidates, said Nitin Bakhshi. Then Nitin Bakhshi along with other office bearers of Young Lawyers Association released the draft constitution of Young Lawyers Association where several respected lawyers were present on the occasion. The constitution was dedicated to Late B.S. Slathia, Senior Advocate, former President J&K High court Bar Association, Jammu who always worked for the upliftment of the lawyers fraternity and even went to extreme for Erstwhile Jammu province interests and was nationalist to the core.In addition to this,Mr. Bakhshi said that Young Lawyers association is a vital and integral part of J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu as it is also mentioned in the very first article of the constitution of young Lawyers Association launched today.
