NCC Day 2021 Celebrated

Jammu, Nov 29: NCC a “Largest Uniformed Youth Organization” under “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav” was celebrated with great patriotic enthusiasm at Govt. Higher Secondary School Bhalra, Bhaderwah.
The function was inaugurated by Principal of the school Suresh Kumar Manhas. He extended bundle of thanks to Col. Rajnesh Pratap (O/c 2nd J&K (I) Coy NCC Bhaderwah) who established the NCC Wing (JD) in this institution in the year 2019 and also Col. S. S. Rawat present (O/c 2nd J&K (I) Coy NCC Bhaderwah) for tireless efforts for refinement of the NCC wing at this institution.
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Koul (Associate NCC Officer) of the Institution briefed about tri-services Organization, its activities like “Digital Forum, igot.gov.in” registration, NCC AAM (with regard to Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Narendera Modi Ji- 1st NCC Alumni Association Member), saving the Girl Child, Curtailing Social-evils, Religious Harmony and development of the community as a whole.
In the function, Cadets (Ist & 2nd year), staff members and Ex-NCC Cadets participated and took a pledge to work towards upholding the Unity of the Nation. The moment became pleasant with patriotic songs sung by the Cadets. Vote of thanks was given by Ajit Kumar (Sr. Lect. Zoology) and the function came to conclusion with NCC Song by the Cadets headed by Cadet Shariq Fareed.
