| Don't hanker for posts, work for J&K people: Rajesh Gupta tells AAP workers | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 1: Rajesh Gupta Vice-President Aam Aadmi Party Jammu-Poonch parliamentary constituency while addressing workers meet on Wednesday asked party leaders and volunteers not to harbour any desire for posts and tickets to contest polls and instead prove their worth by working for the society and the State.
During his address at Subash Nagar meet, Gupta said he did not wish people to recognize AAP as a party like the BJP and the Congress, and asked party men to give up their aspirations for posts and tickets. Let’s all of us today take a pledge that we will not waste a single moment and work for the party day and night till we will hoisted the AAP flag on the J&K secretariat.
"If you come to leadership asking for posts, it means you do not deserve it and you have to demand it.
You should work in such a manner that I have to say that you should hold the post," Gupta said”. Addressing the meeting, he said that people of J&K made up their mind to elect the AAP as next government of J&K and BJP political downfall had begun and that would meet its end. |
