Jammu, Dec 1: With the motive to provide benefits of Central Government schemes to needy people, Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) distributed Labour cards to more than 100 inhabitants of Ward 17 at a program held at Pacca Talab area . Sharma was also accompanied by Corporator Ward 17 Nidhi Mangotra, Mandal President Raveesh Mengi, Ex Corporator Balwan Singh and several others including local residents and political activists of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that people hailing from various wards who are working as an unorganized labour have been helped with the registration of the Labour cards and many were provided with the cards for which the people have appreciated the pro public policies of Narendra Modi led Central Government.
He stated that such camps are being held in various areas of Jammu West which are being organized by the activists of the party and he appealed to the masses eligible for the registration of the Labour card to get themselves registered under the scheme. Sharma also stated that ID cards for unorganised sector workers will help them access social security benefits across the country. He also stated that only BJP is in regular connect with the masses and opposition parties are working on only hollow slogans.
Nidhi said that many Central Government schemes were implemented in the ward with the efforts of Former MLA and she stated that developmental works are being done at full swing and also the works done under the tenure of former MLA depicts that Jammu West progressed a lot in the last six years and will keep developing under his leadership. Raveesh Mengi stated about the various schemes of the Government and also talked about the development done by Former MLA in Jammu West .
